This project was for my Design II class. Everyone in class was assigned a letter of the alaphabet and you had to design a new typographic letter and grading was based off of quality of Design Execution, using Design, Typographic Principles and Quality of a good concept and idea. My letter is "G".

Concept: I got my concept from a couple nautical images online, but also from myself and being a big fan of the beach and ocean, I wanted to combine the sea life into a drawing to create the letter in an abstract way.

Design: I love pen and ink and I knew right away I was going to be using pen and ink in various ways throughout this piece.
